the market outreach conducted by WOCON in collaboration with the Lagos State Gender Advocacy (LASGAT),Lagos state government Ministry of Women Affairs & Poverty Alleviation and the office of the Public Defender Lagos State to commemorate the one week action on the domestic violence law of Lagos state. it was an eventful one week. the market outreach took place at sura market Lagos island on the 14th of October 2014.

Press Conference held on the death of Mrs Folake oduyoye in LUTH as a victim of maternal mortality due to neglect at LUTH and been forcefully detained even after treatment. the press conference was in response to LUTH's wrongful allegations to the media on the cause of death of the deceased.WOCON is working hand in hand with WARD C to ensure that the husband of the deceased gets justice on behalf of his late wife.
